Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a full-time Marketing / Creative Specialist to support the management of social media accounts across a diverse client portfolio.

 

This role is ideal for someone creative, organised, and proactive, with the ability to balance content planning, client coordination, and hands-on execution.

Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will help turn client briefs, content pillars, and brand direction into clear weekly and monthly content calendars, while supporting the day-to-day creative and marketing needs of the business.

You should be confident in visual storytelling, comfortable writing copy that feels sharp and relevant, and able to bring structure to ideas without draining the life out of them.
 

What we’re looking for:
2–3 years of experience in a similar marketing, creative, or social media role.

Strong design sense, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, basic video editing skills, and experience in social media and community management are essential.

Familiarity with publishing and scheduling tools, strong organisational skills, and the ability to translate briefs into clear content plans are also important.
 

Accountant

We’re looking for a full-time Accountant to support the business's financial and administrative operations with accuracy, consistency, and strong attention to detail.
 

This role is suited to someone who is organised, dependable, and comfortable handling daily financial tasks that keep the business running smoothly.

You will be responsible for data entry, employee time and attendance tracking, daily and weekly invoice uploads and entries, and supporting a range of core accounting and bookkeeping activities.
 

You should be someone who works neatly, manages time well, and understands that good accounting is not just about numbers; it is about keeping the business clear, current, and in control.
 

What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar finance support role.

Strong attention to detail, good time management, and confidence working with spreadsheets and financial records.

The ability to handle recurring tasks with consistency, maintain accuracy under deadlines, and support the wider team with dependable back-end financial organisation.

Graphic Design Intern

What will you be doing?

Designing social posts, carousels, and stories
Creating posters, flyers, and promo assets
Assisting with motion graphics and video edits 
Working with existing brand styles
Helping shape new ones
Turning visual references into original,
high-quality designs
Preparing work in the right sizes and formats, mainly social-first formats
Managing multiple design tasks with fairly quick turnarounds

What we’re looking for:
Basic to intermediate skills in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator (After Effects/Premiere is a plus)
Good understanding of layout, typography, and composition
Ability to replicate styles and elevate them creatively
Speed + attention to detail (both matter here)
Open to feedback and quick revisions
